Halloween Night Poem by Philo Yan

Halloween Night

Vampires, ghouls and goblins creeps....
Foul smelling limbs on zombies reeks
Hollowed sockets and sunken cheeks
Screeching banshees ear piercing shrieks...
Doors open on ancient creaking crypts
Is it a trick trickery disguised as treats?

Carved pumpkin heads bodies seek
The Devil stands at hell's gate greet
The Grim Reaper grins and silently reaps...
Plunge into fears and darkness weeps
Galloping hooves and rattling bit..
Black stallion rises eyes red hot heat
Awaken spirits, the full moon bids!
