Happiness Poem by Paige Welch

Happiness

A great magnificent smile of love,
Was shed upon a man of loving heart.
We have embraced each other from the start
What with eyes as soft as a young, small dove.
Can feel the heart held by his leather glove
For this we have never been far apart.
For I am his and he is my dear bit of heart
May the Lord give his blessing from above?
My fingers shall touch his pastel white face
But never shall we ever covet again.
The dark figure death has made our love lost.
Now nothing of dresses of silk and lace.
How can love be so delicate and ordain?
But I shall find it again at all cost.
