Happiness is an elusive state of being
Hiding in far away places
In short-lived moments
In fat pockets of wealth
And in the most dangerous substances of abuse
Happiness seem out of reach
But yet again happiness is abundantly present
Within the private space of our hearts
Full of everlasting opulence
Our hearts are a special place
Fully decorated with the best intentions
Our hearts are a source of happiness
Copious amounts of happiness
Like honey in honeycombs
Happiness is fully packaged
And ready for consumption
The trick is to know your true self
Do not judge
Dig deep within your heart
Remove all dusty layers of negative energy
Open the well of positive energy
Untangle yourself
From all the attachments
And all the ego, selfishness and hatred
Now smile
Because you have entered the house of happiness
Sit down on the couch of tranquility
Embrace silence
Hope, faith and Love
Remember Love is the source of happiness
Be in Love and be the Love
Be calm, patience is a virtue
Be still in body, mind and spirit
You are now at the table of happiness
Share the Love
And be happy
