Before I get ready to leave for the day
There's something that I really must say.
I have to say thank you for patience with me.
Because I know that it isn't always easy.
I know I can be frustrating and hard to understand.
But you continue to be as patient as you possibly can.
I appreciate that more that I can ever express.
And that is why God set you apart from the rest.
From your reassurance to your gentle touch.
It's no wonder why I love you so much.
You are a beautiful man and I'm so glad your mine.
And like a fine wine we'll get better with time.
I look forward to waking up each day…
