Happy Birthday My Dear Better Half Poem by Dr John Celes

While many trees within a forest dense
Do sprout and grow to mammoth size for years,
There grows one tree on the edge of a ledge,
Precariously perched but rooted firm on rock,
Allowed by God to stay verdure all life!
Born from seed of bird-droppings uniquely,
Birds build their nests upon its branches thick,
Enjoying shade from scorching sun and gales,
And cool water-spray of the water-fall!
God chooses just a few amidst Nature
To help Him serve His creatures signally;
These are the ones which make Him most happy,
As they display His creation's prowess!
May God bless you dear Mercy, abundantly in His special ways!
