Happy Fathers Day
Fathers, like the trunk
Of every single tree
Are the strength
For each family
They take the weight
Of branching out
And keep each branch
Anchored throughout
Although their leaves
May wilt and fall
They stand erect
Supporting all
So as each branch
Grows its offshoots
They know they came
From Fathers roots
