Beneath a sky of fading blue,
The twilight paints a brilliant hue.
Across the lawn and down the street,
The sound of marching, eager feet.
The grill ignites with smoky flair,
As laughter fills the summer air.
With sparklers bright in little hands,
We celebrate across the lands.
Then suddenly, the darkness breaks,
A roaring boom the midnight wakes!
Red, white, and gold, the embers gleam,
And bring to life the nation's dream.
While sparklers dance in little hands,
As rhythm echoes through the lands.
The night ignites in red white and blue,
Happy Fourth of July to you.⁹
