Happy Valentines Day Poem by MrE dad

it brings me warmth to wish this today
a valentines wish for each of you to say
you may 've received many, but at least received one
thoughts and wishes for all under the sun
to come your way this year and next
and that God and love will bring you whats best

this makes me happy - and yet somethings missing
texts and flowers and bears are one thing
to give this day to those that are special
a heartfelt wish and to say that i meant so
but for me what i wish for this next year new
to hold someone close and say happy valentines, I love you.
