Harambe Poem by No Ordinary Ranger

Harambe

A quill, some ink, a paper. A banana for a snack,
I sit atop this cloud, knowing I never will be back.

I'm up here now, and we're apart,
There's scat in my enclosure, and a void in your heart.

Would you miss me? I often wondered, but now I have no doubt,
You've made me a meme, you've pulled your ***** out.

Please don't you fret, for I'm not up here alone,
I'm surrounded by primates that were taken from home.

The likes of Kerchak, Kong and Ceasar,
And this wise old grey haired Lion King geezer.

Forgive me my friends, for I left you too soon,
I still watch over you through the sun and the moon.

You may have read it, watched the clip or perhaps saw it live,
But don't believe what you saw for I'm still alive.

I don't need your tears, there's no need for goodbye,
I am Harambe and Harambe cannot die.
