POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This poem was written with the intention of respecting food and curbing food wastage in this world of growing food shortage where millions are still dying of poverty, hunger and starvation.
We should respect the food on our plate and take only those portions we can eat instead of serving ourselves in excess and throwing away the leftovers....
