Have You Ever Poem by Autumn Lewis

Have You Ever

Have you ever just looked at the sky,
With no purpose in mind.
Have you ever just listened to a song,
To hear the beauty in the voices that  can't go wrong.
Have you ever danced while no one was watching,
Because you know the world isn't stopping.
Have you ever stood in the rain,
Just so it feels like it washes away the pain.
Have you ever felt like no one cared,
Because no ones ever there.

Hi Autumn... I was reading some of your work, I read 'Dreams' and 'Scars' and I loved them... but then I read 'Have You Ever', and I was totally f***ing blown away. (yeah, i had to add the explecitive, cuz it's how I felt) You have a gift with words... don't ever quit, don't ever waste it... It was my pleasure reading you... Great Ink! ; -) -Kelly
