Time passes each day faster,
I've left you far behind,
Another women has turned my head,
You're no longer in my mind,
I don't pretend you're gone completly,
You may forever remain,
But I'm clearer and happier over you,
Having fought through all the blame,
Thanks, though, for what you were to me,
You tought me to be who I was,
and that person is so much happier now,
Life once again a buzz,
In the end a memory is just that,
Meant to be kept but left,
And that is what I'm doing now,
Of emotions they are bereft.
