Hawk Poem by moon dust

Hawk

The webs of flight
Clear to day
Unseen at night
Great hunter
Bird of prey
At deadwood post
Watching the waters push into the desert then lazily back again
Sentry still
Until pushed by his freedom he flies
Farther than I can follow him with my eyes
I think I saw him whisper in Suns ear
Great wings cast shadows on rocks
Low in harmony with his reflection
He soars
Gods' perfection
