He Broke Me Poem by Annej Nostrebor

He Broke Me

Rating: 5.0

overwhelmed. is this real?
i cant even write
i am speechless
my mind captivated to such an extent
i dont see an end in sight
my walls feel shattered
crumbled into pebbles at my feet
no one has ever...
broken my shell.
i want you.
you read my heart on these pages
and still looked at me the same
no judgement inhabiting your eyes
a miracle, not a demon.
your eyes project such peace
it calms my broken soul
a seed planted into my head
forever growing and emerging
this smile overpowering my face
caused from your gentle kiss
paralyzing my every nerve
fingertips grazing my skin
the temptation thickening
my mind goes blank
completely at peace
any relying nerves nonexistent
i've been cracked, shattered, opened,
broken, fixed, mended,
and sewn back together
my walls breached. i feel free
lack of words to describe
my emotion filled heart
i feel the need to scream and should
tell the world of my utter pure happiness
but no one would understand me
except for you. or do you?
i just want to shut down
so i can relive your smile
and the look in your eyes
complete understanding
so this third writing goes to you
there will always be more
as long as this smile is on my face
this pen will be in my hand
and your name on my lips
to never be forgotten
