He Hugged The Skeleton With Him Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

He Hugged The Skeleton With Him

He hugged the Skeleton with him.

Through his body vibrations ran and he sang not.

Dropped down a tooth from the skeleton.

‘I be a Poet Seer' he said ‘and thus
I have sang shrouds, ghosts, skeletons'

‘I am adapted; and I be addicted'
