He Prefers A Blonde Poem by Norman Jin Shyr Wang

He Prefers A Blonde

Rating: 5.0

I'm staring at the live lobsters recently
on tables of slum houses printed in the
vision magazines for saving the poor.

I will support Conservative Party-a logo
on a button tag from a friend. I am curious
when the election would take place next year.

A cracking road holding a dead frog
she think she can save the animals. Lately,
they don't seem to like bury the dead.

A tornado just started small to bigger
twist in the corner blocks between
the convenient store and Western Union.

A homeless man's laid beside the store
who were starved to death due to the severe
drought. They've seen that picture on the TV news.

You are sipping the Hawaii punch laying
on your picnic cloth talking to the beautiful
blond on Waikiki beach, it's all that you care.
