In a world filled with chaos and strife
I was lost, drowning in my own life
But then he came with an unrequited Love,
A light of grace in the darkness, a warm embrace
With each syllable he spoke
My broken spirit was slowly woke
His gentle touch, a healing balm
My shattered heart began to calm
Through his love and unwavering care
I found the strength to repair
The pieces of myself that I thought were gone
He showed me that I could still carry on
With each day that passed by
He wiped the tears from my eye
And though the road was rocky and steep
He never once let me fall or weep
Piece by piece, he mended my soul
Guiding me towards my ultimate goal
His love was my anchor, my saving rope
That pulled me back from the edge of my slope
He saved me from my own despair
And showed me that in this world, someone does care
With each moment spent by his side
I found the strength to stand tall and abide
My savior, my hero, my light
He showed me the beauty in the darkest of night
For in his arms, I found my way
He saved me and for that, I'll forever stay.
