He Took Control Of Me - Poem by Audrey Marie Kay

His hand prints in my blood
on my arms
from holding me down
as i bled

all he said was this:
'dont worry,
i wont kill you
ill just leave you
with my memory'

He grabbed my throat
as i gasped
my air quickly failing
his grip strong

His hands gripped my arms
as he took control of me

His body constricted my throat
as he took control of me

His lips jabbed into my mouth
as he took control of me

His words will always last
because he took control of me

I wasnt expecting that! Some of the best works come from the deep dark holes that our memory refuses to forget. Well written. (Report) Reply
