Heaven Poem by foxy babii

I have seen the gates of heaven
I have opened my eyes to its glory
I have seen angels at work
This is my story

I have seen grace and beauty
I have felt the gentle touching breeze
I have heard the music of birds
Like a symphony from the trees

I have stood in the rushing river
I have felt the warmth of love surround me
I have stood in the heavenly rain
I have watched the sunset over the sea

We can all see this beauty of heaven
If we just open our eyes
Its here on earth and yes
There may be one in the skies

But angels to me are
People who take there time for you
And open there lives and hearts
So you can feel there love too

Horses themselves show true
Beauty and are full of graces
While the wind blows my face
In wide open spaces

I am greeted by heavens song
As the birds begin the days
Standing in a river while
The sun warms me with its rays

Heavens rain is when after the summer
Has dried out the earth and it’s the first rain
I sit and watch the sun set
Over the ocean, its beauty takes all pain

So open your eyes
Heaven is at your door
Just waiting for you
To look pass your wall
