We were all transformed to a different place
With straw hats and some guitars
Banjo's at the ready too
You'd think we had come from Mars

Everyone had such a wonderful time
But looked so different from city dudes
Aww yes, we just had to giggle
Put us all in our pure country moods

I'm sorry you couldn't be here, my friend
We felt like we were out under the sun
As we plopped a straw hat upon our heads
Once again we had Hee Haw fun!
