All the pushing and pulling
that you do to my consciousness
I have finally come to realize and know.
My dear mind, before long,
I promise I will put an end
to your one man show.

By forcing me to visit the past and future
You stole my happiness
and my heart's glow
I shall now sink deep into the ocean of happiness
No more shall I live at the shore.

I shall swim in the river of joy
By being present to this moment,
I shall become one with its flow
Life is the golden chance I have got
That at any cost I shall not blow.
