As I go forth and face the world
I know that I will not be alone
You are always in my heart and mind
I can feel you deep in my soul.

I know that you will guide my way
Whenever I am lost and unsure.
I know that you are always with me
I sense the love that is so pure

It is your smile that will guide me home
If I were ever to be lost
I'll give up everything to be with you
It doesn't matter what the cost

You give me confidence to believe
whenever I have any doubt
If ever I am trapped inside
You'll be the one to let me out

If the world shall ever get too rough
And if I need a helping hand
I know that you'll be there for me
And by your side I'll always stand.
