Hercules Killed Him Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Hercules Killed Him

Hercules killed him

Trained in USA
-I flew Hercules
-long time, to places
-logistic, political
-even war (related) .

I flew ULF, ELF and LF
-to US and Europe
-Asia, Africa,
- (taking gifts from Shah)
-or what would be
-in a way, somehow, his…
-among them Mercedes
-generators from GE.

Then, of course, his men too
-used us for advantage
-from Europe furniture
-their friends, passenger
-and so forth and so on.

I flew to Sochi
-everything was funny
-in Jordan and Oman
-witnessed deaths; indirect.
-flew to Turkey and Apartheid
-Germany, Lesotho and Kenya
-Greece and Spain to Italy, Portugal
-Pakistan, and many countries far beyond
-from each brought wealth of knowledge…

Finally, shah went and attacked us
-the puppet of Reagan, named Saddam
-united, they were in cruel war against us.

Had been paid in peacetime
-to fly, felt obliged
-to help them in danger.
-I flew as part of my duty
-took soldiers and cargo
-flew, low, tactical to fronts.

Return-home was the most dangerous
-taken as enemy, came bullets
-passing by in dark nights.

I recall seeing the-anti-aircraft
-the bullets, almost hit the cabin
-shouted to tower in fear:
- "We go and sacrifice everything,
-on return you decide kill us…? "

Had no time to think of
-children, parents, wife
-had too much on my mind
-to defend all of them, as if one…
-happy though that killing was not mine
-not ever, by no means, held no gun.

Heard of dad when called home
- "He is sick, hospitalised, ICU! "
-I had gone to Ahwaz
-he was in Esfahan
-I made up excuse
-landed where could see him
-luckily in airport
-met one of relatives
-we drove in his Jeep.

That was my last to see
-daddy when breathing.

He died of heart attack
-the news killed him when
-reported:
- "One plane is shot down! "

"Dear Dad, " I had said
-times and times, emphasised:
- "…planes are too many…
-I am in one of them…"

But father is father
-felt his son in danger! ! !
