Hereafter Poem by Delwar Hossain

Hereafter

Rating: 5.0

My sleep breaks
By the sound of rain
I open my eyes soundlessly.
With wet feathers
Birds keep silent.
I cherished desire
To visit the land of Moon
Depending on the feather
Of bird.
But, that happened no more.
Hereafter, what more!
I sleep again
With the captivation of rain
As it will rain hard.
