Hidden Emotions Poem by Bryan Seyffert

I take my emotions and lock them deep inside..
These weaknesses in me no man could find...
Years go by I'll play the part.. A happy me for all the world to see...
All the while keeping it hidden locked away the pain within..
No one can know the struggle I bare...
Never allowing them to pretend they care..
Keep the wall up a pretentious smile..
The list of pain and anger goes on a country mile..
Incomplete but playing a part...
Until one day... The facade falls apart...
