In the moonlight I stand,
looking out into the vast sky,
connecting stars to form your name.

As time around me continues to move,
yet as I look up time stands so still,
letting me dedicate my thoughts to you.

As my future revolves around you,
just like the sun does to the earth,
in a never ending relationship.

Yet I continue to wait here for you,
seeing shooting stars decorate the sky,
giving me a marvelous site to watch.

Leave me wondering where you are at,
wishing you were here by me,
trying to find my name in the sky.
