Hidden Tears Poem by Aidan Nielsen

If I were to tell you about my hidden tears,
you would begin to see my hidden fears,
but to see those fears you must use your ears,
to listen but aswell to look,
then maybe you could see my true colours glisten,
glisten in the dull gray light that surrounds me,
but thats what allows us to be free,
that dull gray light is what keeps away your hidden fears,
you can choose to hide it for years and years,
and let no-one see your fears,
but those dull lifeless years,
are created by your hidden tears.
