High bird and tall
Longnecked
And beak of pointed teeth
You Bird
You were on the turret and it was Dawn
Your feathers covered with wine of dew
That fauns, satyrs, and Night brew
But Time cane that when Dawn was one hour old scarce from the high, high turret tall and long necked you flew.
And through the drear of day continued flying, flying, flying to the drear in as direct proportion
