Him And I Poem by Karen Kerubo

Him And I

Rating: 4.0

The tooth extraction ouch!
my usual procedure began
unlike most
He smiled as the injection of a local anesthesia
To numb was administered
He took longer to respond
But he slept through the procedure

It was my first procedure
Never to be forgotten
He remained my best friend
To date we share a common bond
Brought together by a tooth decay
We call each other family
A journey that we cherish
