His Lies - Poem by Autumn Svendsen
The love of my life, walked away today,
I can't believe he didn't stay.
When I look into his eyes,
I suddenly think about all his lies.
And then I look down at my shoes,
'Cause ask I think about is how much I love you.
With all this love and no one to hold,
My heart gives out, it's numb and cold.
I try to think of anything,
But it still hurts, still stings.
I've gave him so many tries,
But it always end with lies.
