History Must Not Repeat Poem by Randy McClave

History Must Not Repeat

Hitler banned and destroyed books
He called all immigrants liars and crooks,
He had homosexuals put in jail
And his supporters said gays would all burn in hell.
He tried to overthrow the Government
Him then being the supreme leader was his blueprint,
He was a racist and a bigot and also a hater
Then he became an evil dictator.
He was supported by the upper classes
And he was given money by the wealthy masses,
The wealthy wanted to stay rich and greedy
They didn't care for the middle class or the needy.
He stood against the union man's right
He said they were communists so against them he did fight,
And his party then became the party of a bully
Then because of him they became evil and unruly.
He stood against Jehovah Witnesses and Judaism
He sent them all to death or to prison,
And he was a racist and also a bigot
He hated the black man as does those who are wicked.
He believed that him and his party was part of the superior race
That's the beliefs he did embrace,
His country and followers worshipped his belief and him
They gave him praises and sang him a hymn.
They flew his flag and had his portrait hanging on their wall
And for him they would happily give and surrender all,
He spoke with evil and with hate and with lies
Because of him alone, many dies.
We cannot ever let this evil or destruction ever happen again
We must stop those type of deranged women or men,
I pray and hope this history never repeats itself in anyway
As it nearly happened here in the U.S.A.
