Hold Onto Your Dreams - Poem by Larry Davis

Start of a scene begins with your dreams
Reality given to what you believe
What you see hold onto your dreams
What you need hold onto your dreams
As you can believe hold onto your dreams
A gift to you hold onto your dreams
Positive thinking, hold onto your dreams

If people try to hinder your dreams
In yourself you must always believe
Hold onto your dreams hold onto your dreams
If people try to wither your dreams
Be like rain for the growing of seeds
Let faith be energy for your dreams
Positive thinking, hold onto your dreams

Just as flowers were made to give air
Your dreams can travel anywhere
Just as air promotes life in the human brain
Aim and your dreams will be the same
Being reality the same as your name
Pursue your dreams as rainbows amaze
Positive thinking, hold onto your dreams

Just as sun light helps promote life
Just as stars help planets to have sight
Just as water helps a seed to grow
Just as a rose blossoms and glows
Allow energy for your dreams to grow
See and think your dreams into reality
Positive thinking, hold onto your dreams
