Tonight i will walk out into the midst not knowing where to go
all i want to do is fine some hope
that my lady shall be near
i don't want to shed another tear
stars, sun, all light to me is so low
because i just want to hold her very close
whisper those words in her ear
and make her understand very clear
the feelings for her ive had for so long
that have kept strong
that make me want to sing songs
the ones ive wrote for her every night
ones ive written on a flight
ones ive written in the day
ones that always have to say
how much i care for my dear
and how much i want to hold her near
