Holding You Poem by Eric Cochran

Holding You

Holdig you so close to me, Is what I's Rather do,
To keep you safer from the dark clouds of blue.

I'll keep you from the Lightning and Rain,
That showers us from our hair to our mane.

I'll protect you from the bullies that constantly torment you,
So you can enjoy your everyday life as you should do.

So if theres anything serious that you'd want me to hold,
Then it would be our hearts together that will never grow cold.
