Holy Spirit, you are my dearest friend,
A constant presence, I cannot deny,
In my soul, your love will never rend,
A flame that burns, never to die,
You guide me through the darkest of days.

Shining a light, showing me the way,
In your arms, I find peace in many ways,
With you, I am safe, come what may,
Your gentle whispers, soft and serene.

Speak truth and wisdom, I long to hear,
With you, I am never alone, unseen,
Your comforting touch, always so near,
Holy Spirit, you are my best friend.

Forever and always, until the end, .
You fill me with joy and pure delight,
Your love, a river, flowing deep and wide,
In your presence, everything feels right.

With you, there is nothing left to hide,
You bring me closer to my Savior's heart,
With every step, you guide and lead,
I know with you, I'll never depart.

My faith in God, you constantly feed,
Holy Spirit, you are my companion,
In good times and in moments of despair,
You comfort me with your sweet persuasion.
