Home Is Where The Heart Rots

Rating: 4.5

Have you ever been so frustrated that all you can do is cry?
Have you ever done so much already, you can no longer try?
Have you ever died so much you can no longer live?
Have they taken everything already, that there is no more to give?
Have you ever went to sleep wishing quondam,
But when you woke up, you saw it were only a sham.
Have you ever run so much there’s just no coping?
Has there never been just a “happy” day, because you’re so used to moping?
Have you ever cut yourself just to feel the pain?
Have you ever left the sun, since it’s easier to cry in the rain?
Have your attempts been futile to stop the trickling tears?
Have you completely lost the battle that lasted through these horrid years?
Is there no way to stop those reoccurring thoughts?
Is there no way to cease the multiple self mutilated onslaughts?
Im just so lost inside
Im barely alive
Save me from this should be home
G-d why cant I be anything else but alone...
