Honor The Present Poem by Lionara S.t.m.o.l

Honor The Present

Rating: 5.0

We say a lot about the deads
Few and carefully about alive people
Meeting's Fear
With witty people who we didn't talk
With wise, not heard them
With well traveled, not discovered them
With lovable, not loved them
Not always strangers
Relatives, fellow citizens, leaders
How difficult to communicate with a portrait
How hard we honor the present
Pictures the best souvenirs
Unforgettable memories in faded headstones!
