Hope to find
Our true love one day
Be it a true calling
Or a soul-mate.

Hope our parents
Lead a long healthy life
In our children's lives
Love n care is rife.

Hope our dreams
Will be realized
Yet our integrity
Never compromised.

Hope for harmony
Tolerance for the other
Voicing differences
In a civilized manner.

Hope to live
Not a long life
But one cherished
After our demise.

Hope in the other
The light we see
And treat them as if
That is all we see.

Hope to enter
This New Year with a smile
Making Amends
With whom we had a fight.
