Horrible Person Poem by kriss hughes

there are burning tears
streaming down my terrified face
i try to explain my behavior
but nobody can handle it
i am abandoned
left alone to die
these tears
they burn and sting my eyes
slowly eating away
at any control i may have over myself
i dont see how he can just walk away
wihout feeling a thing
just walk away
moving on
freeing yourself
and killing me
but then again
i deserve it
cause im just a horrible person.
