Sorry for your loss JJ! I agree re the growing up thing when we lose a parent. It happened to me, she was my only parent that I had ever known and in that terrible moment of her loss, I had the same forboding feeling that finally, I had no choice in the matter of growing up. I was nearly 50!
You have to understand that friends in this sort of tragic event of life, often just don't know how to react, so they don't or try and sweep your pain under the mat.
From the first creation date, it seems your loss was in the same year as mine. Hope you are feeling stronger now.
