How Do You Cope? - Poem by Jan Horner

I asked her one day
How she could be so carefree
In our chaotic world
She paused thoughtfully and smiled
It's quite simple really.
I visualize the ocean's tide
Somedays it's rough and choppy
Other times smooth as glass.
Same as life is in reality
Why worry about the mishaps
Relax and take it
One wave at a time.
And be confident enough
To sail out of the trouble.
