How Far? Poem by Prince Kenny Osei

How Far?

The world that gives us paroxysm,
How eventful will this race be
And how long shall we go to make our marks count
Indecision shadows mental astuteness
While verisimilitude renders an impeded subjection
That keeps haunting
While we press for its aggrandizement
A world that horribly bargains the rightful entitlements due Primarily,
we become culprits of skeptism
But subsequently sail through
With persistent approach
The sharp curves,
The darkened grounds,
Anatomic hindrances
And the anonymous detractors
who scrutinize our intents
And pushes us to yearn for more
Even though, prosperity isn't achieved easily,
Pragmatic issues should still be the only focus of time
To the pessimists,
Success shall always be their weakness
