How Glad Is My Heart Poem by James Corro

How Glad Is My Heart

Rating: 5.0

How glad is my heart having you in the altar
I thought my dreams are obscure and far
You are the eternal gift my heart desires
I can love you until the end of the stars

How great I felt I declared to you my love
That you are the one given by the far above
My unending love is certain and never fade
Closing to the old age, the stronger it's made

In front of the witnesses you and I say 'I do'
With a saturated eye and dry lips we do
We kiss with a true love and hug with bliss
In front of the witnesses the proof is a kiss

How glad is my heart having you in the altar
I would love and should love you with all I have
With all my heart, soul, spirit and strength
I shall always love and love you as long as we live.
