How I Know



How I know you lie
Cause when you whisper in my ear
It’s the sound of air
How I know I will die
Cause when you cut me
I bleed
How I know my past was real
I look at my heart and
I see the scars
I found that smiling makes my pain fade but, laughing makes it go away
