A deep misunderstanding.....
How could we be so blind?
What has become of our mind?
Lives remain empty....
Gone in an instant
Why does it take a death to
acknowledge a life?

Your sights are set on oblivion
Yet you seem to feel warm inside
The truth hurts so it's acceptance you hide

The time is running out for you
to finally understand......
And it's all in plain sight....
It's just a matter of your eyes
ever looking past deceit...
The ability to find the answer
will only come to those who
find the meaning in themselves

So close your eyes tight tonight....
Because lifes only a dream
until it becomes a nightmare.....
