How Sweetly You Could Sing Poem by Joyce Hemsley

How Sweetly You Could Sing

One for the money, two for the show,
Elvis in Concert, go, go, go!
Never heard a voice so adorable
Never seen an image so fine,
In jump suit of white,
Yes, we miss him tonight,
Elvis Presley and his voice divine.

Lonesome tonight without him,
And his Space Odyssey for a King.
Our hearts and our minds
Will remember him always.
'Elvis, how sweetly you could sing'.
