How To Be Happy - Poem by Rajan Thapaliya

One day she said to me....
You are the happiest person in the world
you are the Best
Again She said
How come you're so happy all the time? '
Then I said
We all want to be happy,
But we can’t
We are our enemies
If you really want to be happy
First kill your bad feelings
Always be optimistic because sky is unlimited

Again she asked with me
Why am i so unhappy all the time?
Then I said you are living In your past
Don’t live in past but think about present.it’s very important
It helps to crates your future destination
When you live in your past
Definitely Trouble Comes
You will be suffer from depression
Then she asked me
What’s a good solution to this problem?
My Suggestion
Try to be realistic, nobody is happy all of the time
Happiness is a state of mind
You can change your state of mind in many ways
Find happiness in the job you have
now an keep on smiling
Make friends who share your interests or faith
Turn on your favorite music
Smiles make you miles better - and
you smiling will make others smile
Keep in close touch with relatives
and a small circle of friends
live with a partner whom you love and
respect and who feels the same about you

Then you will feel perfectly happy
Happiness improves physical health,
improves creativity
and even enables you to make better decisions
Find your purpose and live it
Live as you feel like, not as you think you should live like
What do I want from life? ' I asked myself.
'Well...I want to be happy.
Now Tell me That way, even your leaving of this world
will give something special to others.
Then you will see power of positive thinking.
you will feel earth also as a heaven. Life is not hell

, life is so beauty as a beautiful flower
