From infancy to senescence,
All human beings tend to fall;
By slipping, tripping, on their own
Or stumbling on something on road.
Some falls are nasty in mishaps;
Some fall in trivial accidents,
Or roads made slippery by rains;
Some fall from heights in suicide.
To fall is natural to men;
Some grievous hurts are sequelae;
One tries to get up from each fall;
To fall in life is natural!
Don’t fall down from life’s ladder’s rungs;
Don’t slip down staircase to heaven;
Don’t roll down steep hill-side of life;
Don’t trip into ravines of sin.
