Humankind Have.

Angels have risen,
Demons have fallen,
Hope has been stolen
Hearts have been broken.


Children have denied
Innocence and love.
Men have killed
The plenitude of life

Mother nature has cried,
Love has been forgotten,
Poetry has died
Friendship has been
Smashed.
