Hunger Thrives Poem by Dakota Ellerton

Hunger Thrives

I will never rest,
never sleep.
My hands are covered in the blood of angels.
My flesh will always be dirty.
My soul will always be tainted.
How can I undo my mistakes?
I am a chemical,
not many can handle.
Once I'm in your blood,
you'll never really rid me.
I'll take over,
and slowly kill you.
Being such a poison torments me.
Though it's almost as if,
I enjoy this state.
I'll feed the beast wrapped in my rib cage,
with the pain I've inflicted on others.
Feast until you're full.

The picture I've posted for my poem is here.
